Course Description
This course equips supervisors with the knowledge and skills needed to recognize signs of alcohol and substance abuse in the workplace. Participants will learn how impairment affects safety and performance, identify behavioral and physical indicators, understand their responsibilities under company policy and federal regulations, and respond appropriately to suspected substance misuse.
