Course Description

This course provides essential training for personnel involved in oil handling operations to ensure compliance with the Spill Prevention, Control, and Countermeasure (SPCC) rule under the Clean Water Act. Participants will gain a thorough understanding of their facility’s SPCC Plan, including key regulatory requirements, area-specific drainage patterns, and the proper procedures to follow in the event of an oil spill.
