Course Description
This course provides focused training on the RCRA regulations for determining when a container that held hazardous waste is officially considered “empty” under 40 CFR §261.7. Participants will learn the criteria for different types of containers, including those that held liquids, solids, compressed gases, and acute hazardous wastes.
